After weeks of preparation, the grade 10 TOPS students went on the much anticipated Algonquin expedition. Students hiked through the bogs and forests of Algonquin Provincial Park to collect scientific data on bodies of water, wildlife, and weather. To supplement their findings on the ecology of the land, students also investigated the history of its logging industry and the rock formations in the national park.
