This week, grade 10 TOPS students participated in “SIM 0” which is a run-through of the various scientific experiments and wildlife documentation they will perform at Algonquin. Activities include identifying trees and birds, pH tests, water temperature/turbidity tests, measuring the magnetic field of rocks, and documenting the albedo of various surfaces. There will be four more SIMs before the Algonquin Expedition
