This Wednesday, the Grade 10 TOPS students went on a Country Heritage Park trip to learn about the lifestyles of 19th Century pioneers. TOPS Science teacher, Mr van Bemmel, taught the students the process of how sausages were produced in slaughterhouses. Staff at the Country Heritage Park also demonstrated the farming techniques, culture, and school environment, that were characteristic of that time period.
