This week, the Grade 10 English class was “illuminated” with the literature and history of the Dark Ages. They studied fundamental medieval texts such as the Arthurian legends and the timeless tale of Tristan and Iseult. Students also enjoyed watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail, which provided a satiric perspective to their studies of medieval literature.
