The grade 10 English and history class began their unit on the Roaring Twenties by studying the decade’s culture, technology, and significance. To complement their learning, they began reading F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby. Next week, the students will engage in a speakeasy where they will take on the role of a significant figure from the 20s.
